Our Most-Loved Prints: A Collection of Customer Favourites

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to see many of my prints find homes — from coastlines to countryside, pheasants to peacocks, and a few unexpected characters in between.

If you’ve ever wondered which ones people return to again and again, this list is for you. These are some of the bestselling prints that seem to strike a chord — whether it's something in the light, the colour, or just that feeling they evoke.

So, here they are — our most-loved artworks, as chosen by you.

The King

Actually, its a queen and not a king. That little flash of orange on the underside of his beak, denotes that this is a female. Either way this is a stunning little bird. Printed on metallic paper that makes her colours sing, and make her even more beautiful if that was even possible.

This is a proper Scottish Hairy Coo and the most handsome of devils. He is always a conversation starter and brings a smile to every face. This Highland cow is all about charisma — with that stare, that fringe, and tongue!

Crosby Sunset

Taken at Crosby beach in Liverpool after a storm. I love the shades from gold to darkest blue in the sky and reflecting in the wet sand. Printed on metallic paper which enhances the colours and textures, making the still figures stand out even more prominently .

Beachy Head is one of those places that stays with you — the sweep of the coastline, the chalk cliffs glowing against the blues and greens of the Channel. I wanted to capture that feeling of standing at the edge, looking out to something endless.

Cows on the Beach

Another conversation starter, because sometimes you’re just in the right place at the right time. There was nobody with them, I don’t know where they came from or where they went, but as one customer said ‘Life’s too short not to have some cows on the beach!’

The Bee and the Thistle

I simply love the warm glow that you get from this image. I spotted this bee busily working its way around a purple thistle head, seemingly oblivious to anything but the task at hand. The light was soft, the air still, and for a moment it felt like the whole world had slowed down to match the rhythm of its tiny wings.

The Dark Hedges

Mysterious and imposing these tress absolutely needed to be printed in black and white. I love the path through into the light. Featured in ‘The Game of Thrones’ this image certainly holds wonder and magic.

I was just passing through and even though that the weather was not perfect it heavy clouds gave weight to the high water. Standing at the shoreline, I framed the jetty beneath a wide sky while small waves brushed a thin sheet of water over the stone, and the lake set its own quiet rhythm.

Taken at the enchanting Italianate style village on the coast of North Wales in Portmeirion. The village was made famous in an old tv show called ‘The Prisoner’ which was the inspiration for the name. The archway offers the chance to step into another place.

Another conversation starter. A door that takes you all around the Mediterranean and indeed any where you want to go. It’s a magic door. Where does it take you?

Whether you’re drawn to soft light, stormy skies, or the quiet charm of a bee in a thistle, I hope this list has helped you discover something new — or maybe even spot an old favourite.

There’s always more to discover in the gallery — a detail you hadn’t noticed before, a story waiting in the frame, or a print you didn’t know you needed until you saw it. I hope this little list has inspired you to explore, and maybe even find a new favourite of your own.
